Bighorn Mountains Retreat
Summer represents a season of freedom and adventure. We often cram as much as possible into these few short months. As a consequence, it is common to enter the Fall feeling burnt out, over scheduled, and out of sync with our self care practices and deepest needs. Attending a retreat as the earth pivots its energy can ease our internal transition and create space to recommit to ourselves, rejuvenate our mind and body, and realign with our deepest purpose.
Join Bre Allison and Meghan Gaspers this Fall in the Bighorn mountains of Wyoming as we “Disconnect to Reconnect” with ourselves and nature. This 3 night retreat will blend various styles of yoga, meditation, guided reflection and journaling, yoga nidra, hiking, and free time. No prior experience with yoga or meditation are required. We are looking for fun, curious, and adventurous spirits looking to participate in this fun and enlightening weekend.
