The FIFTH annual Buffalo Bill Cody Half Marathon (13.1 miles) and 10K (6.2 miles) will take place Saturday, September 18th, 2021 at City Park in downtown Cody. The Half starts at 9am and the 10K at 9:45am.
Packet pick-up will be located at City Park in downtown Cody from 3-6pm on Friday, September 17th. We are hoping Covid restrictions will be lifted by September, but just incase, be prepared to wear your mask at packet pick-up and at the race start/finish. Packets will be available on Saturday morning before the races for those unable to make Friday. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your race start on Saturday!
Both races will have CUPLESS aid stations! There will be water and electrolytes but please bring your own bottle or pack.
Covid precautions may continue to be in place for this event. We may be requiring masks at all pre- and post-race events. Plan to wear your mask at the race start – you can remove it once spread out on the course. We will also be requiring a socially distanced starting line. At aid stations, only volunteers will be touching water and electrolyte jugs. It will be racers’ responsibility to uncap and hold out their own bottle to be filled. Updates on this front will be made in the months, weeks, and days prior to the event.
We appreciate your cooperation with all potential Covid precautions in 2021!
