Buffalo Bill State Park Planning Meeting
Changes will happen at Buffalo Bill State Park – this is your chance to help shape how it changes and what those changes might be (camping, cabins, etc.).
Buffalo Bill State Park Master Planning & Project Update
Wyoming State Parks and the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) continue to receive input from the public on what the locals and tourists enjoy about Buffalo Bill State Park and improvements or changes they would like to see. A series of public meetings in June helped a planning team to develop major themes, including “Two Sides of the Park,” “Road Improvements,” “Cedar Mountain Access,” and “Park Identity/Wayfinding/Interpretation.” Read the workshop 2 meeting summary here.
The public is invited to attend the next set of public engagements on
- Thursday, September 28 in the Cody Club Room at the Cody Auditorium Building located at 1240 Beck Ave. (2:30-4:30 pm),
- Thursday, September 28 at Sunlight Sports’ Pint Night (5-8 pm), and
- Friday, September 29 at City Brew at 1562 Sheridan Ave. (10 am-12:30 pm).
Please contact Dan Marty (307-587-9227) or Carly-Ann Carruthers (307-777-6968) if you have any questions.
