Down and Dirty Beast Mode Circuit Training

Down & Dirty is taking on the Spartan in May! No matter what distance you may want to tackle, this class will prepare you for Beast Mode.

We will be working on strength, endurance, and much more with race-specific tasks and functional training.

We recommend participating in this class as an add-on to our Down & Dirty classes—but you can also register as a standalone class (i.e., Beast Mode).

Down & Dirty Beast Mode will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 to 8:30 PM. This class is available to members and nonmembers. Try your first class for free!
