Contact Kayla Rivers at (307) 527-3490 or krivers@codywy.gov before Friday, October 21 if you are interested in hosting a booth at our annual Halloween Carnival on Friday, October 28 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Businesses will be responsible for setting up, operating, providing, as well as handing out prizes at a booth.
