In the program:
1. Sound therapy with singing bowls as a method of getting rid of stress and other health problems. Master Jean is a sound therapist and kundalini yoga practitioner.
2. Craniosacral therapy as a type of osteopathy that affects the entire body by working with the structures of the head (skull bones, meninges) and sacrum. Master Olena is a craniosacral therapist and Reiki master.
3. We will also do meditation: Sat Kar Tar – Meditation to Heal The Heart & Open to Love

Duration of the program is 2 hours. For the first 60 minutes, you will receive sound therapy with Jean that will be accompanied by Reiki flow with me, Olena. During the second hour, maditational Sat Kar Tar and each of you will learn to play on Quartz bowls, trying your own unique sound and vibration. We will drink delicious tea and enjoy the atmosphere. Throughout the entire time I will carry out corrective work of craniosacral therapy with everyone ! We are happy to welcome everyone! .
