The Irma Flat Mothers Club was formed in 1909 by early farming settlers on the Southfork. The Irma Flat School House was built in 1905 at the intersection of what is now Bartlett Lane and the Southfork Highway. The school building is now owned and maintained by the Irma Flat Mothers Club. The High Tea is a fundraiser held every two years. Monies earned are used to benefit local non-profit organizations in Cody as part of the Club’s Community Outreach Programs.
