DETAILS FOR THE 2023 SEASON:

INTRO NIGHT. **Update** Ladies league starts on Tuesday, June 27th at 5:30 with a meet and greet in the club house, a golf lesson from the pro, and then we’ll play 9 holes! This night is FREE!

LESSONS FROM THE PRO. For the first 3 league nights, Doug has generously offered to give us a lesson before we head out to play!

SCHEDULE. Every other Tuesday night starting at 5:30pm.

EXPERIENCE. No experience necessary! Balls can be kicked or thrown, and smiley faces instead of numbers on the scorecard are perfectly acceptable. There are no rules.

.COST. The first week will be FREE. After that, it’s just $20/night which includes course fees and the cart.

COMMITMENT. No need to commit. Come when you can! We will put out a post in the Facebook event asking for a head count by noon on the day of league though so Doug, the golf pro, can plan accordingly.

THE GAME / SCRAMBLE. Instead of playing as individuals or teams, it’ll be a scramble and up to 4 ladies will play together. A scramble means each player on the team hits a ball, and then the players decide which shot they like better. The ladies who’s shot was not taken picks up their ball and moves it to the selected spot. And this continues on so no one ends up frustrated and having to hit the ball 50 times on one hole
CLUBS / BALLS. If you don’t have your own clubs, the course has a ton and they’ll let us borrow them for free. Just need to bring your own balls and tees (they sell them at the course, if needed).

.ATTIRE. There isn’t a dress code at the course, however, collared shirts are appreciated. Golf shorts, skirts or pants are encouraged as well.
. HELPFUL APP. When you’re out playing, it helps to have a good idea of the distance to the hole. Some watches can do this, or you can download GolfLogix Golf GPS app and it knows this course.
.FRIENDS. Invite your friends to this group and the league! The more, the merrier
.FUN. It’s meant to be fun – come enjoy the game, have drinks, and meet new friends! P.S. I highly recommend fun music while playing..
