Join us on September 15th and 16th at Avalon Cove Tattoo Parlor in Powell to raise money for Park County Animal Shelter.
We will have tattoos available for $100.
The event will start at 1PM on both days and end whenever our tattoo artist Elf can’t do any more tattoos. We will have massage therapists available for 15 minute massages, food trucks and a face painter to entertain you as you wait to receive your tattoo! Don’t miss out!
