Hello, 2024 and Happy Wednesday!

This is the time of year that allows us to enjoy the small-town aspect of Cody. Many of the local businesses are starting up events that just can't happen as easily during the summer season. North Fork Anglers is holding a FREE FLY TYING CLASS on Saturday. And if you've wanted to learn to CROCHET, Wyoming Yarn and Fiber has you covered with a beginner class on Thursday, with one on knitting coming up.

While the town is slowing down briefly after the heavy pace during the holidays, we are kicking off the new year with the WYOMING ICE FESTIVAL taking place at the Cody Cattle Company and down on South Fork this weekend.
|
The Cody Country Art League is also gearing up for classes this spring, so watch for those coming soon or stop in to find out more.
|
Also, this Monday at noon the WYOMING TAXPAYERS ASSOCIATION will be attending via Zoom at the Cody Club Lunch. They will be speaking on and answering questions about the property tax issues that are in the legislature. While Cody Club is the official meeting for chamber members, all who are interested are welcome whether you are a chamber member or not. You can skip lunch, bring your lunch or pay for the lunch arranged.
