WELCOME
The bluebirds should return this week or next - so keep your eyes out. First reports usually come from the Wapiti Valley. Interestingly enough, they also seem to arrive the same day (or nearly so) in the Gardiner area. You can see my seasonal notes on one of my other websites, Yellowstone Naturalist. On the February and March pages, you can see there that bears should also start emerging from their dens about now.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY
The Cody Branch of the American Association of University Women will be awarding a $1,000.00 scholarship on May 1, 2023. Deadline for the application is April 1, 2023. Preference for this scholarship is given to Cody-area women who will be at the junior, senior or graduate level of college in their next semester.

Selection for the scholarship is based on scholastic ability, financial need, indication of commitment to a chosen field, and overall quality of the application.
